Shipping policy

Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after the order is received. All orders, both domestic and international, are shipped via the United States Postal Service, unless an alternate shipping service is selected by the customer at checkout, and include tracking numbers.

Domestic Orders:
Shipping is included in the purchase price for all retail orders placed on wodwax.com. Wholesale orders are subject to additional shipping costs.
Orders of fewer than 10 bars are shipped via First Class mail and typically arrive at their destination within 3 business days of being shipped.
Orders of 10 bars or more ship via Priority Mail and typically arrive at their destination within 3 business days of being shipped.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
International orders have an additional shipping fee that is calculated at checkout. Rates are displayed for shipping via USPS First Class Mail, UPS and DHL. Depending on the destination and the country's customs policies, shipping times vary between 2 weeks and 4 weeks. DUE TO COVID AND CARRIER DELAYS, PLEASE ALLOW EXTRA TIME FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY. USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL ORDERS CAN TAKE UP TO 7 WEEKS TO ARRIVE, THOUGH THIS IS NOT TYPICAL.

International customers are responsible for knowing and paying for their country's customs fees and tariffs, if applicable.

For international USPS orders, tracking is limited. Once a shipment leaves, the United States, we are only able to see whether or not it has reached your country's customs center. If your package has arrived in its destination country and there are issues with delivery, please contact your local postal service to resolve this.
